Not what it use to be.. Still offer great pasta and spaghetti.. that complementary soup or salad which garlic loaf bread is a... plus. Didn't expect the price for a plate of spaghetti and meatballs for $18?... It doesn't feel and taste like $18. Surethere's complimentary hot tea/coffee and ice cream near the end, that must be baked into the price. Why not lower the price onthe main dishes and get rid of your complimentary hot tea/coffee and ice-cream? Good atmosphere and friendly staff but probablywon't come back. Read more
Salad and soup took half an hour to get and about an hour for the main menus. Never saw our waiter since we ordered the food.... After the meal, we asked for kids ice cream and didn't come quick enough of course. We had to leave without having ice creambecause our 1 year old and 3 year old kids were already pretty upset sitting in the restaurant more than an hour and a halfwaiting for their food. Poor service. I don't recommend this restaurant especially for the weekend lunch. Read more
My wife and I had good food and good service on our visit to The Old Spaghetti Factory. We have been coming to this restaurant... for years and have always enjoyed the experience. The lasagna we had was tasty and served hot. Through the years we have triedmany of the menu items and have enjoyed them. The ambiance is great and the restaurant is clean and well lit. The washroom isclean also. The prices are very reasonable for the good quality and taste. We will come back and recommend coming here as wehave always enjoyed ourselves. Read more
I go to The Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants all over the province because I love the bang for your buck. Food is always... delicious, prices are more than reasonable. Staff was extremely nice at this particular location. Rhaea was one of the bestservers I’ve ever had and she actually has a personality that I felt like I could talk comfortably.
