The service at the counter was good. Unfortunately this is the dirtiest Tim's I've been in. I was in at 5:15am and all the... garbages were overflowing. I've seen job site porta potties cleaner than these bathrooms. Stains around the bottom of the toileton the floor, corners of the bathroom that haven't been cleaned in months, several broken tiles, soap dispnser broken andlaying on the counter. Seems like profit is more important than cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Read more

Was not happy when Nisha completed half my order then clocked out and left due to shift change and didn't say anything.. left me... and 2 kids standing there as she left. The older lady with brown hair small asked me and completed my order and apologized. Seriously... who walks out half way through an order!! No work ethic these day or common sence. Was not happy.
