The last couple of time I went through the driver thru here I was provided excellent service. I was especially extremely... impressed by the young fellow at the window (I didn?t get his name but he is a African Canadian gent) he is very positive andcheerful. Absolutely outrageous way to treat customers. I was given cold food twice from this location, after the second time of being... inedible I called head office as the phone number is not listed online or on the receipt. I was called back by Shaffy a generalmanager and promised to get my order refunded , and for the hassle of going to and from the restaurant 4 times in total toreceive a complimentary replacement meal. Entire order was wrong. Husband ordered extra pickles and apparently that means two. They also gave him root beer instead of... Coke Zero and he hates root beer so he didn't drink anything. No salt on any of the food....super bland. Didn't give him sauceshe asked for. My order did not get onions as ordered. Again asked for extra pickles and got 2. Didn't get sour cream for bakedpotato and no salt or pepper so the potato was thrown out. $25 bucks wasted this evening... Home and made supper after our childwent to bed. Read more

This business doesnt update their hours on google. It says they are open till midnight on friday and its 11:15 and no one... answers the drive thru. They dont even have an automatic message saying they are closed when you approach the window, so peopleare just sitting and waiting for a response. What terrible customer service. Read more
