I usually like coming to this McDs, but something happened recently and they lost most of their staff. The mornings have been... excruciatingly slow. They have 2 employees, that I could see. 1 had to take orders at window 1 then walk to window 2 to get theorder for the person, then walk back to window 1 for the next order. The other person was making the meals. Crazy, I feel badfor those employees. Honestly I?d rather they close down till they have enough employees than make the employees have to dealwith that and expect them to cope. Read more
Worst experience ever. You had to order at a kiosk and I watched so many older people turn away because they didn't know how to... use it. The counter people said they weren't allowed to help. They forgot our drinks and had to wait a good 10 minutes forthem. Other people were telling them to forget about the drinks and walking out. It was awful. Read more
We were almost given the wrong order, when I questioned what they handing, they were able to find our order & we were short one... order of fries, but it too was corrected quickly, still going to give them a 4 because how quick & professional the staffreacted. Read more
