I will never visit this place again. They wouldn?t sell me 24 cupcakes for my sons birthday tomorrow. They have a 12 only policy... that is listed nowhere in the store so you are unaware until checkout. It was for my sons class party and I needed 24 and Iobviously can?t only feed 1/2 the class. I offered to send a 2nd person to buy the other 12 and they denied that person servicebecause he was related to me. My son was so upset and was so excited about brining cupcakes to school for his golden birthday.This business has loss all common sense. Read more
The cupcakes are good, but a little disappointed in the customer service/pricing. The menu board said one thing, the total said... another. When asked about pricing the employee stated ?oh that?s just not been updated for awhile? referring to the price listposted above the front counter. Perhaps update your signage to reflect current prices, or honor your listed prices. Read more

Let me start off by saying the Manager named Hope was absolutely amazing and a huge help. There was an item that was forgotten... upon delivery. When I called up there she got everything straightened out and had DoorDash make sure they got one over to mepromptly. She even threw a few free cupcakes which I was not expecting that all.
