Just stopped in to pick up a few products. Hannah is an assistant manager from Kentucky helping out at this store for the time... being. What a sweet girl and so knowledgeable. The way she treated other customers and myself was very refreshing. I haven?talways had the best of luck in this store but Hannah recommended many great products for my specific hair type and was extremelyknowledgeable about all the products. Just went to pick up some supplies I've been needing and there was a paper written and taped to the door that said "closed due... to short staffed". But a woman walked up to the door, so I motioned to ask if she was open or opening, since it is during normalbusiness hours and all lights were on. But she looked straight at me, turned around, and walked away. So I called to ask if shewas open, or would be opening, etc. but no one ever answered. So, I will not be coming back to this store.
