My wife and I were on a road trip driving from Florida to small town Illinois and were in desperate need of coffee. The Human... Bean was a God send. First the staff (Jordan and Shelby) were incredibly nice (especially for being 5 in the morning) and helpedus decide in what to get with it being our first time. Their Lattes and Cold Brew drinks are amazing and have a great coffeeflavor. We also got a couple Bacon, Egg, and Ciabatta breakfast sandwiches that were also very tasty. We will definitely bestopping here on the way back home and every time we make this trip in the future. Read more
