Delicious Saturday prime rib! Nice garlic flavor. Super tender with hardly any fat/gristle like prime rib so often has. Also... had the beef brisket which was tender and delicious. The BBQ sauce on the table was a nice compliment. Even the sides (2 salads,fries and baked potato) were perfect. Really enjoyable meal. Read more
The brisket dinner and chicken dinner were very good. The pork and beans was about the best I?ve ever had. The mac n cheese was... average at best though. The patio area was very nice, we had perfect outdoor dining weather when we were there. There would bea view of the water but it?s blocked by trees so we had a very obstructed view of the sunset while we were there. Overall, it?sa solid choice for more casual dining. Read more
WiscoMary was in the house! Matt was an excellent bartender, server, and host. Not only that he knew "exactly" how many pennies... are on the bartop. I arrived for lunch and ordered a bloody Mary which is a homemade mix, very flavourful with horse radishwhich I love. I ordered the green beans and and a Brisket salad. Neat atmosphere, friendly staff gave fantastic recommendations! The brisket quesadilla was perfectly toasted and smoky, the ribs... were fall off the bone and so flavorful, the pulled pork was delicious, all the sides were great! We'll be back before we leavethe area! Read more

The barbecue was good. The whole experience getting seated was a nightmare. We arrived and asked for a table outside with a... view. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait which was fine. Gave him my cellphone number which he said is how they notifyyou when your table is ready. We told the host we would be at the bar outside. An hour later we hadn?t yet been seated so Istopped the host when we noticed people after us getting seated. He said oh I tried to message you but didn?t get a response sofigured you left. I told him I never got a message. Then he said cellphone service is very poor and that happens. 1) If you knowit?s an issue why do you use that method to notify people? 2) If you get no response why don?t you try walking around the barand making an announcement that your table is ready like most restaurants? The host then sat us in what has to be the worsttable outside. I have attached our wonderful view of a gross prep table complete with plastic bins and dirty water for wipingdown tables. Why would you place this table in the middle of the patio blocking the view? Once we finally got our food it wasdecent. But the hassle getting to that point kind of ruined the dinner. And the disappointing view made it not worth it. Read more
