Could be better. When I was a younger kid, this used to be a candy/chocolate shop. Now, while they do still have Ice Cream and chocolates, they have less than before. They?re trying to become a coffee shop, which I personally don?t like.

Excellent ice cream and excellent service! All the staff I?ve met have been very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back!!

My family has stopped here in the past and had a great experience, which is why it was a no-brainer to come back when we were back in town. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but. We wanted to stock up on some chocolates, as we had enjoyed them from here in the past. One of our main difficulties with this is that one family member LOVES chocolate with nuts, and another member will literally die if they eat nuts. Annoying, I know, but a simple solution: just separate the nut chocolate in another box. We know this is a special accommodation which can be annoying for workers, but were told it would be no problem whatsoever. The worker who agreed to do that for us then went on to pick the only nut-related product we asked for, and put it on top of the nut-free chocolates we had already ordered. Directly after saying she would not do that. My family member pointed out very kindly that those were the chocolates we specifically couldn?t have with the other one, and the worker then started to argue with us about how she agreed to do what we wanted and was doing so, even though we saw her take directly from the almond toffees and put them on a tray, directly touching the other food that we asked them to not be mixed with. It seemed like she didn?t understand what we were asking for, so we directly explained that we wanted the almond toffees in their own box, and wanted every other chocolate in another box because someone had an allergy. She continued to argue with us, eventually suggesting the almond toffees ?didn?t have nuts? and then exasperatedly said ?Oh my GOD. I did what you wanted!? As we were just trying to explain to her that this is literally life or death and she did not, in fact, do what we wanted. There was an obvious language barrier, so we were trying to be kind, but it just went on and on until she started treating US like we were being Karen?s just for asking for a simple accommodation. I?m super understanding with mix-ups like this, as I?ve worked in the service industry for years and have held jobs very similar to this one. I have even had problems with language barriers while working food service jobs, but have never acted in the way this worker acted toward us. I get that tourist crowds can be annoying, but we were the only people in the shop and were being very kind about a very simple request, which she responded to with anger and exasperation. This left all my family members upset and irritated and put a damper on what was otherwise going to be a very nice day.

Great little place for Coffee, Ice Cream, and chocolate. Definitely worth stopping in if you are in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. Try their Death by Chicolate Coffee.

Great atmosphere, so cozy and sweet! Coffee flavors are so fun and the Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is just incredible on a hot day. Mezzanine, the restaurant attached serves breakfast lunch and dinner and has such good wraps and appetizers!! Highly recommend for a nice dinner and some ice cream at the Chocolate Chicken afterwords!

Beautiful remodel! Excellent coffees, teas, ice cream & candy...and open late! Located in the same building as the Mezzanine restaurant (across from their Mezz ToGo counter)

Forget that calorie bomb latte: this is legitimately the best coffee ever. I had to leave with a few bags, and if their prices had been just a bit lower, I would have stocked up for the year (maybe offer bulk discounts??). This place is now a guaranteed stop during all future Door County visits!
