Greatest experience at a Chick-fil-A! Random acts of kindness are a real thing. The manager Fouad walked over soon after I was... done ordering and blessed me by saying the meal was on the house. Little things like this give you more encouragement to giveback to people more often. There are so many distractions in life that make you forget about the important things in life.Always be kind and compassionate, and look out for people. I can't wait to pass this down to someone else and create a chainreaction of encouragement. Again, shout out to the Manager Fouad and his crew here! Horrible customer service! Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:20am and did not reach the ordering screen until 10:35am. I already... knew this was going to be a problem because the screen was changed from breakfast to lunch. When I attempted to order, I wastold I couldn?t order breakfast because it was past 10:30am, I explained that I had been waiting in the drive thru for 15minsand requested to speak to a supervisor/manager. The person taking the order told me she was the manager and there was nothingshe could do because it was past the cut off time. She was very rude and nonchalant about the fact that I was indeed there since1020am waiting to order. If the policies are so strict on the cut off time then a better system should be in place when thedrive thru is backed up with people waiting for their food and others are unable to order. Even McDonalds has a better system ofhaving people pull up to their parking lot and a worker taking the food out! For a company that thrives on customer service ,this was a horrible experience. Once I reached the window, I requested to speak with the manager who I had previously spokenwith so I could get her name, she was not a manager and just the order taker. Team leader Monrise came up to the window to speakto me , meanwhile this other worker continued to speak over her and be rude towards me. I really don?t do things like this but I?m truly fed up ! This is the 3rd time I?ve ever eaten from this chick-fil-a and it?s... ALWAYS an issue.
