Two separate orders two different nights. The first time ordered 2 hours before closing, was met with a text 30 minutes later... saying they couldn't honor the order because the bx was closed. Placed a delivery order online 2 hours before closing time. About 15 mins later, I checked the tracker online to see that my... order had somehow been canceled (not at my request). 100% should not be on base at eielson afb. Should be kicked off and replaced by something and people who actually care.... Worthless as a whole. 16-25 minutes for delivery. Never got it and out $25 for 150 yard delivery to lodging called well beforedelivery ended (hours before) and info taken. Who ever does calls and deliveries needs fired and replaced. Gave Eielson Pappa johns a 3rd strike. Well this time looks like someone got hugery on the ride over and picked off the cheese... on the pizza and it was cold with more fat than meat. Was told it would take 55 to 65 min took 138 min. If you try to call thestore no one ever picks up and if you call customer service it connects you overseas and your problem is never fixed. Read more
