The hotel room is absolutely spotless you can tell it's been cleaned well even the remote control is in a plastic bag the shower... is beautiful! The casino however hasn't been good to me today :-( but you win some you lose some. Well the over all really experience was great ????, but they fell short food wise the extremely popular steakhouse was bad. I... had the sea bass and it was rancid, so then I go all the way to the other side of the casino to get a burger and some dessert, Iget all the back to the room and no burger in bag....The Viewpoint restaurant is great for a hearty breakfast, The Pink Blossomawesome the house fried rice is a must do. Hello to the folks at Sycuan! I was a former Security Officer there 06/2020-09/2022, and wanted to write a review not only for... my experience there as a customer, but as a team member! Pros: -Excellent management. -Excellent teamwork. -The friendliestpeople in the world. I never have been impressed with how a Casino cooperates with guests and team members. I enjoyed myposition thoroughly in and out. I miss the place honestly, but it was time to spread my young adult wings and carry on as aNetwork Engineer for another industry! This casino is a great place to work, and a great place to stay. Cons: -What? You thinkthere's any cons? I'd come back every day if I could! I will visit soon, and surprise my former coworkers! This place is magical. The hotel rooms are wonderful. The Lazy River is Cool! They have entertainment that Rocks! Great... incentives, and a High Winners Casino. Gaming and Hospitality industry helps the tribes and the local employment of people at afair wage. Benefits and retirement. It is the best casino in San Diego. Read more

We did like the layout of the casino, and the spacious, free parking that was available to us. The core of the place is very... good and everything seems well kept up. I felt very safe in the multi-level parking garage. Inside, they had a nice array ofmachines. We didn't have great luck, but it was still a fun place to go. We did stop at the Asian food place and ordered a fewitems. Those came in prodigious amounts, we were able to take enough home to have a second good meal. This place is a little bitout there, but definitely worth the drive if you like clean casinos. I'll give it a thumbs up for sure. Read more
