I?ve had multiple issues with my local Taco Bell in Santee with them messing up my order. I decided to come here because this is... the other one near me. Cidney took my order and was patient with me taking my time and I never once felt rushed, she also madesure what I ordered was on the screen correctly , I was then greeted at the window and provided excellent customer service byAlexis , she even told me to have a good night which is a first for me at any of my Taco Bell visits, I will surely be comingback here to this awesome Taco Bell. Drive though open only 9 pm long line of cars. Ordered correct on screen , order correct on receipt. bUt almost home 5 miles... away realized WTH this is not what I ordered at all! Super Lame Drove 5 miles back to wait in drive through line backed up pastentry to drive though we'll into parking lot. Idling the whole time. Ahhh. I passed the ordering speaker to fix my purchase. Atpick up window I informed cashier I received the wrong order that I had my receipt which is correct but the food in the bag wasnot. The young man who was cashiering asked me if I could drive back out get in line again to re order " mistake order" in thedrive-thru intercom / menu. ???????? I'm not wasn't going to wait some more than gas than I had so far with this mis order.Cashier said" ahhh why is the line long? " It sure is Dude. That's Crazy wouldn't he know the line is long because of the nonstop orders coming in and going out. Gee wiz! They replaced my order I didn't have to enter the line again. But 3 young guysstanding clueless while 1 guy worked the making food orders. By the way taco Bell fries are yucky. They were in my mistakeorder. Season on fries is sweet and salty not in a tasty way. Toilet didn't flush. Urine was in the toilet before I used it. So it was broken. Out of 10 tables inside the restaurant 7 of the... 10 were filthy. It would appear the tables had been like this for sometime because no one was in the restaurant when we entered.The floor had food on it. I would have called but I didn't print out the receipt. Not my favorite location, not at all the best experience. Four guys hanging out at the cash registers but refusing to take... orders by customers. Instead you were told that you had to use the self-help kiosk. Seeing as nobody could figure it out, I hadto wait a long time to order. Then I had to wait a long time to get my simple order....
