Very disappointed with our dinner last night. I went with my mom and my 5 year old and we arrived we were asked do you have a... reservation with ?a kid? like I shouldn?t have my child there and then there is no kids menu which confirmed my thoughts onthat. Our total bill was $140 which I would be totally fine with had the food been decent. We had crab cakes appetizer,spaghetti, snapper, and pasta. Not happy with any of it. I wasn't sure what to expect here. Good reviews. I thought it may have a Louisiana flare since I'd seen a review of crawfish... etouffee. This must've been on their dinner menu, because their lunch menu was very bland typical American dishes. I ordered thehamburger with cheddar cheese and fries. It was obviously hand pattied. This $28 salmon was overpriced with a portion size more of a $10 salmon. $45 ribeye was 50% fat and wasn?t tasty. New to town... but last time visiting this establishment. Read more
I had the blackened catfish, with cheese grits and crawfish ettoufe. With a house salad. Everything was really good. Service was... good and the atmosphere was pretty good. Right on the Square in the middle of town. Read more
