My burger was well well done, my girl friend's food was half uncooked n half burnt. And that was after getting the wrong food.... But least the Xmas music was good. Read more

I was quite uncomfortable to spend my lunch time inside the restaurant. When I first walked in the floors were noticeably dirty,... and the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water . I let it go and decided to order anyway. After placing my order I was sittingdown waiting at a table by the window and there were too many flies inside the the restaurant. Overall I was so turned off byhow dirty the tables and floors were that I requested my meal to go. The complaint of the meal is another story , but it wasfine considering how hungry I was at the time. El Dorado -FB is way to expensive for the restaurant to visibly look disgusting.I expect better. This was my third time eating here, the first time we picked up our order the fish was burnt so I vow to not eat here again.... Gave it a second chance and this time our fish dinner was just OK. Tonight I go online ordered the burger combo with allvegetables and when I get home I have no tomatoes or onions on the burger and after calling I was informed first that theseitems are free and I could bring it back and by now it's 8:20 pm. I was also told this is the policy for correcting theirmistakes. No offer that the next time you come through lunch is on us. 3 strikes and you're out. Never again. Read more
