Went in to order 2 scoops ice cream on a cone. The young lady that served me said they only had "bowl cone" as they were out of... regular cones. So I had my ice cream in a bowl cone. OMG, I couldn't eat the bowl cone because it was hard, stale, no taste. Isat & ate my ice cream only. Afterwards, I notified the same young employee who served me & asked for a refund on the bowl coneonly. I showed her how their bowl cone was not edible & why. She declined my request. What a waste of money $6 plus change fora very poor product. Suggest train staff properly, don't serve hard stale tasteless bowl cones & give refunds on badproducts. Improve quality of service to customers. Very unsatisfied customer. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Read more
Employees don?t acknowledge you when you walk in. I had to say ?excuse me? to get somebody to talk to me and grab my take out... online order. They can at least say ?i will be with you shortly? but they are busy giggling and talking to each other and won?tlook up at customers. Read more
I love coldstone! The waffle cones are some of the yummiest I?ve ever tried! The ice cream cookies are divine and don?t get me... started on their ice cream cakes! Of course the ice cream is delish and they offer a variety of different flavors all the timealong with a huge variety of different toppings! Prices are fair and some of the employees are very nice! Others not so much.It?s a tad small inside so it?s definitely frustrating during busy times when it almost feels like you?re bumping elbows withother guest! Something wasn't quite right when walking up on a Sunday afternoon and no one was in the store. We walked in and asked for a... sample of ice cream and the worker said they currently aren't doing that. We then order our individual ice creams to go. Weasked for napkins and they said that they were "out of them." We then went to pay with a credit card and the first prompt whenyou enter your card into the reader is "tip amount". It is a damn ice cream stand! I don't tip at the gas station and I don'ttip at 7-11. The tables outside are dirty. Then you want to know why certain small businesses are suffering. Obviously thislittle business is letting the Gavin Newsom mentality affect their operation by not letting you have a sample of ice cream, nonapkins and then they want a tip. I think this is my first time ever leaving a review in my life, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a cup that had... cake batter ice cream, regular Oreos, golden Oreos, and whipped topping. This girl added a single regular Oreo, a single goldenOreo, and a quarter size squirt of whipped topping, mixed it together for .25 seconds, and put it the cup and handed it to me.If I wanted plain cake batter ice cream I would have asked for it. My husband got strawberry ice with with fresh strawberries init, they put 3 tiny slices of strawberry in it and charged us a dollar for that. I don?t know if these employees are new, themanagement is making them add the tiniest amount of toppings, or this is their way of combating inflation, but either way it wasa terrible experience.
