Omg, does anyone EVER clean the bathrooms or floor in that place???! Absolutely disgusting. I will never eat there again. If... they will let their floors and bathrooms look like that what's going on in the kitchen? Read more

Let me start by saying that my wife and I really like Rubio's, and we've been coming here for a number of years. It's a... fast-casual option that's better than "fast food" but less expensive than places like Dos Coyotes, Jack's Urban Eats orSalsa's. We've had a couple of small issues over that time -- wrong side items, etc. But nothing to get too worked upover. Last night, however, was different. We each got a taco plate -- I had the original fish tacos, she had a tasting platewith a chicken taco and a grilled fish taco. It was a takeout order, and mistake No. 1 was not opening the boxes before we leftto check the order. I ordered rice and beans, and I got chips instead of rice. My wife ordered greens and non-fried pinto beansand got regular refried beans and an original fish taco instead of grilled. Not great, but not awful -- and I could have checkedbefore leaving the store. Once we got home however, things got worse. My tacos were essentially missing the fish -- instead, both tacos featured just a big wedge of deep-fried batter with nothing resembling fish inside. Chewy, taste was off -- terrible.(My wife's taco was better, which I ate because she prefers grilled and doesn't care for the original style.) The beans were ...marginal. My wife's "greens" were a small dollop of shredded lettuce and some dressing. It was, given my generally positiveexperience with Rubio's over the years, very disappointing. There are lots of fast-casual dining options in the Folsom-EDH areathat are much more reliable, and there are several new taquerias we'll try out . But where you won't see us again is atRubio's. Food was good, but that one young lady who looks like the mascot form Perdu University was giving me attitude and lied right to... my face. Bad customer service from her. Apart from that, they had good salsas and it was pretty clean at this location. Read more

The food was great, the customer service was even better. The gentleman running the register and the one cooking, were both very... friendly and helpful. Read more

Ordered a California burrito, and it was about 2? in diameter and 4 or 5? long. Maybe 4 fries and 5 chunks of meat. Smaller than... a taco. For $14 dollars. What a joke. Will never come here again. Read more
