The Bad: you have to get your own coffee, water, drinks. Which isn't this one of the reasons you tip a waiter? Don't get me... wrong, the coffee was good, but then they ran out and I had to tell them. I'm a big coffee drinker and when you have to get upmore than 5 times to go get your own coffee....what a beating. Next time I'll make my own coffee and breakfast at home. No greeting by the hostess when we walked in. We only received a blank look and when we said we wanted a table for three she... walked us to the table and put down the menus and walked off. No one told us we have to get our own drinks until the waitresstook our food order. There were flies all around our table and we could tell they have an ongoing issue with the flies as therewere 3 fly traps hanging from the ceiling. The sausage was the star of the plate - big, round and juicy. Eggs over easy done right, and the hash browns were crispy. I... had one pancake and it was fluffy, however not much flavor, and the syrup tasted like flavored sugar. Overall this is a nicerestaurant and breakfast in América is good. Read more
Breakfast here was super good. On a trip with the family and it's great to have something other than sandwiches and... pastries. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was Heaven. Definitely a MUST if you are ever nearby to have a great breakfast. Place is also nice and clean. Read more

This is a classic Roaring Fork Valley treasure of a restaurant!! If your from out of town, see if you can st at "the bar" and... watch the chefs work their magic at the grill! If your a local then you know. The food is super tasty and always fresh! Thestaff, especially the head chef, is very nice.
