Absolutely horrendous "service". I went at 3 PM, 2 hours before they were supposed to close. I tried going inside but all the... doors were locked, so I went to the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru window completely ignored me, she refused to talk tome. All I wanted was 1 burger. They literally shut down the store whenever they feel like it. They treated me as if I was anuisance who wasn't worth serving. I also watched 2 other cars go through the drive thru and drive away with no food. Completelyunacceptable. The manager is the worst my son ordered some food and right away she was looking at him up and down because of the way he was... dressed and judging him she has the worst skills I've ever seen in my life she does not need to be a manager and I will never gothere again they need to remove another female there because she does not need to be working there either they do not have kindpeople when my son was trying to be nice to the manager he was not rude not even once she does not have people skills and Iwould not go back there ever again and I will let all my friends and family know not to ever go there Read more
The stacked grilled cheese burger is the stupidest idea ever for a burger, 3 buns 1 piece of meat, Dumb Franchise owners don?t... have much say about wjhat Jack wants to sell so this location still gets 4 stars. The employees are nice, service fast and thedining room spotless clean. You can?t ask for much more from a fast food joint. Read more
