Our server was inattentive, the food took a long time to come out, and appetizers ended up coming out the same time as our... entrees. The steaks, had good flavor and were cooked well to the desired temperature. However, the NY side of some of thePorterhouse steaks had quite a bit of gristle. They also charged $1.75 per baked potato for grated cheese and bacon bits that wedidn?t ask for, and ridiculous it was an up charge for how little of they provided. Overall, making the trip out to Cattleman?sIndian Ranch provides better quality steaks, much better service, and better value considering prices are about the same, andCattleman?s gives you unlimited ranch beans, pineapple coleslaw, bread and butter. Excellent! This restaurant is in an odd location but yet in a nice location. Great scenery of Ft Bliss, East El Paso and part... of Juarez. It's best to see at night. The food here is excellent. Well cooked, well seasoned. Made to order! Only two problemsI had and one can be easily fixed was the low lighting, a little too low. Couldn't see our receipt. Other problem was thestairs, I'm a disabled vet and have a hard time going upstairs. Sure, I could've sat downstairs but, the best view is upstairs. It is a well decorated restaurant. Even my parents spent a good time looking at everything. The service was great. They madesure our cups were always filled. The price of everything was on the upper end, but it is a steakhouse. All in all, I give it atwo thumbs up. A place I would recommend and I will probably return in the near future. Read more

We went on friday evening for my birthday dinner. We were a party of 6. We made a reservation because we weren't sure if they... would be busy. It was almost completely empty. Just us and 2 more tables. The food was good and portions large, but the servicewas terrible. Our waitress could be seen sitting on a chair by the kitchen (i think) just on her phone but never came to refillour drinks. We had to keep looking for or calling her over to ask for utensils, napkins, and drinks. The menu states there is anautomatic 20% gratuity added for parties of 6 or more. Our bill was over $200 and she received a $36 tip she absolutely did notearn. We did not leave anything extra. It is very unfortunate that the service was so bad considering the place was practicallyempty at 7pm on a friday night. We were very disappointed and probably wont return. :( Update: the owner reached out to us andapologized and offered us a gift certificate for us to go and try his restaurant again. We will go try it again and it was clearthat hevwas upset by the situation and was trying his best to remedy it. Support local! Read more

The food was delicious. Ordered 2 NY Strips, macaroni with queso, sweet potato fries, Caesar salad, balsamic salad. The... restaurant has real nice views of the northeast / central side of El Paso. Waitstaff is courteous and prompt. Prices arecomparable to other proper steakhouses. I would recommend adding a house steakhouse sauce since everything else is singular toyour restaurant, like the thick cut sweet potato fries with that awesome seasoning. Also the ranch is real good. Definitelyordering wings and a burger next time, it just seems like they?ll be grand. Read more

There is so much I can say about this place. The service and food is spectacular. I ordered the nachos as an appetizer, oh my,... they didn't disappoint. They were probably the best nachos I've had in a long time. I really have to give it a thumbs up ????.Usually nachos are skimpy from a restaurant. These nachos were????! Then I ordered the beef ribs, oh my I didn't even finish theappetizer and now these huge pieces of meat sit before me. My sides were mash potatoes and asparagus. I ordered corn on theside. My honest review, the potatoes were delicious. The corn had a little too much husk still on it for me, but the flavor wasgood. The asparagus was okay, not as good as the last time. These pieces were bigger and not as seasoned. As for the ribs????????, they were seasoned to perfection. A little too much sauce for my taste, but they were good. Yes, there were things Ipersonally preferred, but the meal was worth the money and so much food for my money. I then ordered a drink, oh my thiscocktail ???? was so good. I have been here before and will gladly return for another wonderful meal. Enjoy the pics! Read more
