Had a chicken sandwich with chile con queso fries and they didn't disappoint. What I found unexpected was the personal service... we received from the lady behind the counter that took our orders. She was so attentive with a great and friendly attitude. I'mso upset at myself for not getting her name. But that's the type of service that "makes your day". Went to get a quick bite to eat today & was greeted by Melissa. As soon as we walked in we received a friendly welcome. I went to the Lee Trevino location 3 weeks ago. Everything was great. I went to Dyer/Honda Pass 3 days ago. Chicken portions... were smaller. Beggars kept coming in and interrupting and they were filthy. Asked one of the employees the policy for allowingthe beggars entrance to the establishment. He said he did not know and was asking the manager. The Manager was very friendlywith the second beggar giving him fist bumps. The Manager never came to my table to tell me the policy. Read more
