Update: The Margherita Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup is delicious!!! Butter Smith was very good. It?s basically Village Inn?s... more fancy older sister. The atmosphere is great with a fresh retro theme and decor. Absolutely love the old school counter thatlooks into the open kitchen. Service was friendly and attentive. Tables were clean but floor needed sweeping between customers.It was a little turnoff seeing the dirty floors. The food was great. I had the PB&J Pancakes and my husband had the UltimateBreakfast. I also really enjoyed having an option to get Mango Juice. It?s not often that restaurants offer any juices otherthan OJ & Apple. Definitely like coming here but hope that it would be a cleaner. Too Busy with a lot going on, too much of an open concept, people too close to each other while dinning, no sense of personal... space or to have a conversation without everyone to the left, right, rear and everywhere to listen in. This was a cute place with a diner vibe to it. Breakfast all day, along with lunch and dinner options. The pies in the display... when we walked in looked wonderful...wish I had gotten a picture of that. I had the apple pie ala mode, and my friend had thecoconut cream...both were delicious. My little girl woke up this morning wanting pancakes, we are new to the area so searching lead me here & I AM SOO GLAD IT DID!!!... The food was FRESH & absolutely DELICIOUS! I was torn between a couple things so of course I asked the waitress what sherecommended, ?The stack? is what I got with a sour cream green chili sauce that she recommended, DELICIOUS!! My husband got thehuevos rancheros & my little girl asked for pancakes w/ strawberries & bacon . If you have not tried this place YOU ARE MISSINGOUT!!!!!!! We will Absolutely be back ! Was seated promptly, friendly service from hostess, waitress Erica, and bussing staff. God was hot and fresh and served fast as... well!
