They don't give you cup lids, ketchup, napkins, like everybody else keep those on a high shelf and not a fast food place so be... patient, very patient. Nobody has fast food anyhow so don't blame them, though it wouldn't hurt to see them place a smile. Read more

Young male clerk at the drive up window kept misunderstanding and confusing my order. Then after explaining and reexplaining my... order, an older male clerk stepped in and my order was STILL not what I requested, this middle-aged man got EXTREMELY RUDE andtold me to go somewhere else and slammed the slide window shut and walked away!
