I go to this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and it?s just an incredible operation! Service is unparalleled and fast. Although... I go in frequently, I?ve never written a review until today. Giving them 3 stars because of the friendly staff, but if I can give them a rating for Curb side pick up it would be a 1... star. Order my online order, once arrived to CURB SIDE, it took 10 min until I flagged one of the staff members to ask for myorder status. I could get off but if I am ordering curb side its for a good reason. Now, when I got home, my sandwich wasmissing some ingredients and lettuce was old. Lastly, the chicken noodle soup was so thick and with 1 piece of chicken. Just nota good experience over all. Never doing CURB SIDE again. Read more

I want the ownership to know that Diego's leadership, customer service and his team are making our guest experience amazing!... This should be the standard for any industry if they want to achieve success. On our visit with my daughter after a long hot andtiring day , It was really nice to be treated like family and welcomed.
