Attempted to pick up an order and wasn't successful due to both female employees working were sitting and eating instead of... getting the orders ready. Could not go in do to store doors being closed. Because dinning area is currently closed. Lazyemployees and extremely bad customers service. Read more

Ordered a family meal 16 piece with 3 sides. The sides given is Not for a family it is geared for a single person. It cost to... much for less. If it does not change I will go elsewhere. Or just order subway at least I would get a sandwich worth the cost. Read more
This location is horrible. Always close early and their hours are always different. Sometimes they close at 8 pm other days at... 8:30. Then other times they run out of chicken way before closing time. So save your time and gas and go to another location. Ireally think this location needs to be closed down. I went through the drive through and asked for a spicy 5 piece tender meal... the young lady ask me if I want a #3 or #4 the... difference being the amount of tenders which I already stated. Red flag #1. I go through the order and get to the window. Iapologize and ask if she can add 5 jalapeños She says you can get an order of 4 or 8. Confused I say 4. She charged me forjalapeños bombers. Red flag #2. I look in the box and see not the 5 chicken tender pieces I paid for but only 3. Red flag#3. DONT LEAVE THE GATEWAY NORTH LOCATION EPTX WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ORDER! (Not every shift is that off..... but still.) Icouldn't tell if my peach cobler was a mash and gravy or gravy. I asked for an extra jalapeños since the jalapeños I wantedwere cheaper than the bombers I was charged for and gave back... They at least gave me 1 more with an extra bag containing the 2spicy tenders I was missing. The staff looked no older than 16 all around. I didn't feel comfortable expressing my displeasurecause they were all children who didn't give a care about customer service or any human emotion. It's 105°outside and I'mhaving to turn around and have you fix the only order you had. They were not rude but full of flaws and emotionless at bestdescribes the transaction.
