I always come here and it never fails to happen they mess up my order completely by missing items or giving me stuff I didn?t... even ask for. On top of that their drive thru is always packed and under construction. They always make you wait out in theparking lot for minutes on end. Read more
Update: My husband went back with the receipt and they made it right. The manager on duty 7/11 was very accommodating and... polite. What a difference from the previous day with the previous crew There was no other customers at the drive thru and theystill got our order wrong. No one was in front of us when we placed our order and we still had to wait around 15 minutes forthem to bring our order to the car. When I checked they didn't even bother to throw in any condiments or salsa for the DQ tacos.The burger was also missing a patty when it was supposed to be two.
