LOL ! Ordered a MEDIUM , got an extra extra small , what a joke ! Don?t not eat here , uninspired work.
After over an hour of waiting for our food, we called the driver to ask what was the delay. The driver lied on the phone saying... she had been to our house for five minutes and had left after ringing the doorbell multiple times. I checked the Ring doorbell Iinstalled. She was completely lying and there was no video recording of her ever at my house. She marked the order as completedon Domino?s track my order app. When confronted with the truth the driver immediately changed her story and lied again. Speakingto manger Robert was just more of the unprofessional and lying behavior we experienced. Telling us that the driver was close byand could deliver the food. My 1st online order & last. I can try to move pass the fact that after 1hr 45 mins I received my 2 large pizza. What I can't... move past is the fact my Pizzas turned up looking like this ???? Ordered online. Worst customer service experience imaginable. I talked to a employee named Seth and he doubted that we didn't... get meat on our MEATZZs pizza with mushrooms on the left side. Saying "my GM was supervising so could not be wrong." We alsochecked under the extra cheese as directed by the rude representative to make sure the meat was cooked in. There was no meatunder the cheese. We tried to put our own pepperoni on the pizza but it wasn't even close to okay. Our order was $99. Read more
