The service here is horrendous , you ask for certain things and they don’t get done , this is supposed to be a top tier... restaurant , I’ve gotten better service at diners than this place . We asked for only green onion and bean sprouts on ramen ,request was ignored . For water refills it took longer . The ramen was lukewarm and disappointing . Had to stand up to ask forspicy mayo . Beautiful restaurant but if chef wants to continue here something needs to be done about service . It was alright, me and my husband went for the first time in months (it was our favorite) but I don't know why it just felt so... underwhelming, aside from us being the only customers, the food just wasn't as great as it used to be, don't get me wrong, thestaff is absolutely amazing and nice.
