Bad experience today. I waited 3 minutes and no acknowledgment at the drive-thru order menu, dead air. I proceeded to drive up... and 2 individuals with headsets looked at me and ignored me, I waited another 3 minutes and still no acknowledgment. I nicelyasked in a raised voice "Are you guys taking orders today?" My order was taken and they forgot my large coffee and waitedanother minute. This is the 3rd Sunday displaying this behavior. Next time I'll just go inside, they probably think it's rudeto order via drive thru on Holy Day. Sundays are my only days off and I'm too exhausted to give anyone an attitude.
