This location is way better than the one on Dyer in northeast...Dyer one gets your order wrong everytime, gives you biscuits... hard as a rock. The staff isn't friendly either. This location is good. I only wish they wouldn't forget your items and look atwhat a customer ordered. Read more
Waited 20 minutes for my food (they originally told me it would take 10 minutes to make sure the chicken was fresh out of the... fryer). Apparently they were having fryer issues. It would've been nice for someone to come out and let me know. The managermade up for the wait and gave me a desert for free without me asking, so I appreciate that. Went to get a late dinner remembered had coupon at home asked spouse to send me pic of it. Girl at counter said she couldn't... honor it manager too. Understandable I guess luckily customer behind me offered me coupon he had for same family meal. Girl gaveme disgusted look but took coupon asked what type of chicken asked for extra crispy was told only had original.. so why askme??? Waited finally got order asked Girl everything in there said yep. Leave get in car and decide to check and of course nogravy so go back ask ain't I supposed to get gravy with my 2 large potatoes sides... smiles and says "OH YEAH" just left nocustomer service at all. Placed an online order, went in to pick up and had to wait. Employees saw me waiting without acknowledging me. Once someone... finally came to the front they said they were out of Dr Pepper and biscuits. When I got my order they gave me the wrong sizedrink and a sweet tea without ice. Awful location. Hardly ever get the food right I honestly don?t even know why we keep trying but I think today was the last... straw. My husband went to get food. They told him to move up as the chicken in the famous bowl was going to take 5 min. He waswaiting for 40 min. I called the store to see what was going on and they said the food was taken out ?a while ago?, to which Iresponded that he was still there waiting - food less. So she said they?d remake it asap. I call my husband to communicate whatthey said and while I?m on the phone with him an employee comes out to say, ?Sir we are closed.? Like WHAT? He said, ?how areyou closed? I haven?t received my food?? He gave her his receipt and said ?this was my order? She came back out with someone?sold and cold order and tried to give it to him. He asked if she had looked at the receipt he handed her because what she handedhim was not what we ordered. She came back out once more and was still missing food (from what was paid for) my husband was sofrustrated he just left. My question is, where?s the manager??? Shouldn?t they be trying to come out and apologize? Everyone wasjust watching him from the window, even a guy who was mopping inside looked at my husband and shook his head?
