I absolutely love this place, LOVE!!!! First of all the employees are absolutely amazing. I can't even pretend like I know the... best way to make or serve discada, but my first time buying it they told me exactly what to do and it was wonderful. The placeis immaculate and clean and the foods and meats are delicious. As I write this I'm eating their chile con queso and loving everybite. The owners and employees of La Estrella should be proud of the establishment they run, it's my favorite in El Paso. Read more
