The first time I went to this place the food was watery. I asked for a box to go and the interior was completely filled with... dust and black spots. The fortune cookies were stale. This review is solely based on a to-go order. The lady that took my order was nice. The inside looked calm. The food was ok.... I'm going to be generous because the food was edible. It is very inexpensive. You do get what you pay for. The fried rice wasreally only rice and peas. It wasn't like most Chinese restaurants. However the rest of the rest of the food was decent.
