I ordered a special (Shown in pictures) and with the extra cheese should not have totaled $17.04. It should have been $12.72... including tax at most. I asked why the price difference. They said they don't have that promotion at this store. It was ontheir drink case. An employee earlier in the night also told me that the price should be around $12 so I don't understand howthey can say they don't have that special. I understand it's less than $5 but every penny counts. This is a splurge right nowfor me. I didn't even get snippy until he got an attitude and apparently lied and said we don't have that here. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The General Manager Cesar was very rude. I went to see what happened to my order because I had not... received a notification that it was ready. It had been 45 minutes. I walked in and asked what happen to my order. Cesarresponded very condescending and said he didn?t see me and my order had been ready a long time ago. No apologies. I showed himmy app on my phone where the track my order page is. It showed ?in the oven? He continued to say that the order was ready butnow speaking to me in Spanish. He then began to cuss me out and I asked why he was speaking to me that way and in Spanish. Hesaid they it?s his choice, which ok fine but you are not going to disrespect me and cuss me out in any language. I asked him forhis corporate number and he said he was not going to give it to me. I let him know that?s ok I?ll search for it on my phone andmake the call. He then got on the phone to call the police. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION.
