They charge a "tip fee" if you don't tip what they feel is appropriate. Even if your food is an hour late. On top of a... delivery fee! I found a large piece of metal in my food only to get a $5 discount on my next order! He said he knows Becus itshappened before and he will warn the dishwasher to be more careful with their brushes.
