The place has a nice aesthetic. It was pretty cold in there. It was dead when time came to order. It took a bit to get the food... and this was mysterious to me. The burger was neat and built ok, it just had no flavor and was really overcooked. The baconwas even extra singed. I didn't taste anything different from patty, to cheese, to bacon, not even the bbq sauce had much pop. The chips were a combination of crisp, uncrisp, seasoned, and unseasoned all at the same time. My partner had a burger that wasunseasoned and flimsy with unseasoned fries. It well wasn't worth an over 30 ticket. I was in uniform and got no discount. It was mine and my family's first time here. And I've heard alot about this place so I figured we give it a try. Unfortunately I... wasn't and still not impressed. By the time we ordered our food to the time we brought it to our table it got cold pretty fast.Fries were either to salty or not enough salt. The burgers I'm glad were ALL cooked but it wouldn't fill you up. I've noticedthat ALL employees weren't wearing gloves or hairnets. It's takes employees to restock stuff like straws and lids.
