This Panda Express needs immediate corporate attention. When I ordered my plate I was informed the "rice maker is out of order".... Ok, I went with noodles but as soon as I sat to have my meal, fried rice was suddenly available. That makes sense when thecooking staff is on their phones, goofing around, and generally not caring about their task at hand. There is a clear lack ofmanagement. Also, the "Pickup Order" sign location is wrong, I sat there and watched food delivery and regular people go to thepickup sign only to be told that pickup was at opposite side, by the tea and beverage kiosk.
