Every time we order Pizza from this location the service has always been great. The delivery of the Pizza arrival is always on... time or arrives a little before the estimated time. I hope that the poor service and the cursing ???? stops. That place is a yoke. I went to get a nice pizza and left ???? upset... disappointed how that place was being ran. The lack of leadership and lack of pride shows. Then I get home and my order waswrong. Thanks Disabled Navy veteran. Read more
Overall a pleasant experience, as always. The delivery could have been a little quicker, or via Pizza Hut, but still good.
I picked up our order and neglected to check to make sure our order was correct. Upon opening the boxes at home we discovered... that we were handed the wrong order. Since it is too far for us to return, the kids started eating the wrong order. Shortlyafter, the Pizza Hut manager called us to explain there was a mixup and we got the wrong order. He offered to personally deliverour actual order to our home. I pointed out that the kids already started eating the wrong order. He said it was okay and wouldstill deliver our order. Upon arriving I thanked him for correcting the mixup and offered him $20 for his troubles and to makeupfor the extra pizzas. He promptly refused and simply asked the we consider returning to his store and even offered us $15 off ofour next order. I pointed out that we go out of our way and even drive past a closer Pizza Hut to get to his store because ofthe customer service and look forward to continuing to visit his Pizza Hut. Read more
