My boyfriend and I USED to love this place. Yesterday when we went, the worker there named Ryan had the nastiest attitude with... us. Didn?t greet us, didn?t ask us what we wanted, didn?t say A WORD TO US while helping us out. Not even at cash out?It?s as ifwe were being an inconvenience for him to do his one and only EASY job? Did I mention the place was empty as well? Him and theother girl who had the same attitude as his had nothing to do until we came in! As soon as we were got our bowls we weren?toffered any bags to go or nothing. Ryan then proceeds to turn around and talk and laugh with the girl he was working with. Soextremely rude. Not to mention the quality of the food has gone down as well as assembly of the bowl. Why work handlingpeoples food if it makes you so mad? Get another job, Ryan. He made it so easy to not tip. I usually don?t do reviews but this is a great exception!! I was helped by Pablo today and I finally got my poke bowl exactly... how I wanted it. He actually took the time to put the poke in a separate bowl for your mix?s. Others always use only one bowland they squirt the sauce like it was a dam snow cone! If I could leave 0 stars I would. When my husband and I first walked in the two females working were on their phones and ignored... us. Secondly my husband ordered a number 3 and the employee didn't know how to make it. I specifically asked to have my scallopsseared and she blatantly ignored my request and continued to make my food. When my husband asked for a certain sauce they saidwe no longer have that... Okay then why is it on the board. On top of all that when I corrected her she just stared at me andstill had me pay for something I didnt ask for. Lastly the seats and tables had food residue and were disgusting. First time coming and I felt it was a well worth visit. Neat, clean, and comforting. I picked up a Spicy Ahi Tuna bowl. It was... a wonderful balance of warm from the rice and the chill from the the tuna and fresh ingredients. The Ahi Tuna had a one bitechew that turned into melted goodness.
