Was recommend to try ?Silver Lake.? The restaurant is pretty small. However it didn?t take long to get seated. The service was... good and food was pretty tasty. The restaurant is LOUD! Visited El Paso Friday for lunch and liked it so much I came back Sunday to bring my family. my very picky 5 year old literally... ate everything, Pork bun and noodles, my 1yr old also devoured her egg, chicken and rice bowl. I had the Blaze with the pork belly and I was worried about the spice but the waitress told us we could get less spicy so I did... it that way. I think the spice was perfect for me. It still had a good kick and the broth was so flavorful. For some reason Iadded siracha and made it even spicier. Oh it was so good. Visited twice in past month; 1st during peak Sunday lunch hour and 2nd right when doors opened. Service was consistently... friendly and efficient. Both times husband ordered Chicken Karaage bowl and it was served fresh, hot and crispy. The appetizerbroccolini was delicious. The handmade gyoza was generously stuffed and tasted great both grilled and fried. Ordered the GarlicTruffle Ramen with tofu and topped with broccolini. Broth was wonderful with a great earthy-mushroom garlicky flavor. Ramennoodles had the perfect texture and firmness.
