I drove up to the Starbucks in North Crossing. I ordered an oatmeal shake with almond milk along with a couple other items. I... noticed before I drove off parking lot shake did not look like the shake I normally buy so I went around again and explained theorder was wrong to which I was told they did not carry the shake there that what they had was the espresso. I Wally?s haveappreciated that they would have told me that when I preferred instead of just serving me whatever. She told me shake is slangand that is what I used when I ordered so they served me the espresso which is what is served when anyone orders shake. I havebought it before at other Starbucks as a shake and understand that not every store serves the same items or the same way butthey could have let me know that to them it was an espresso. I told the lady ,Jessica, that I didn?t think I used slang whenordered and she said well you are and so I decided to ask for the manager and she said ?I am the manager? and I asked well can Ichange it and she started again with trying to explain that she gave me what ii ordered I told her no ma?am I?ve ordered itbefore at other Starbucks as a shake and I have received a shake and I was not appreciating how she was not understanding thatall I want is a shake or my money back. Or something else. She asked what I wanted and told me to park at she?d bring it out. Ittook her 15 minutes even though she had few maybe 5 customers inside and no one through drive thru. I went in to speak ask infoon district manager and she handed me the frappe.. told me I was welcome and for next time to ask for it correctly. Excuse me?I told her I?d be calling the district manager ,Nachelle and she told me that I was welcome to go somewhere else .
