My rating is bittersweet, I was Not feeling well but and needed a medicine ball tea because they?re soooo good. However, when I... took a huge sip all the teabag contents went down my throat!!! It could be the cashier tried to stick the stopper in it, andbusted the tea bag or maybe it just burst on its own, nonetheless? check your tea before you drive away! Lesson learned! I like it. However, do not park in front or the side of this Starbucks. You will have a difficult time upon leaving. ... Basically you are blocked. Second time in an row where my food items are ready 30+ minutes before my drink. I purposely got down to pick up my items when I... ordered for drive thru assuming that it would be faster. But it was the opposite. They prioritize drive thru orders especiallywhen they have someone taking orders outside in the drive thru queue. It doesn?t make sense to me why they group the mobile inperson orders and drive thru orders though? it only creates even more back up in their orders. Their inside store pick up areawas full of orders that were awaiting pick up from who knows when the order was placed. Their system doesn?t seem veryefficient. Don?t get me wrong, the employees are nice. But I?ll think twice about visiting this location if it?s going to makeme late for work more often than not. Read more
