Came to their drive through on a Wednesday at 730 pm....no one was in line....girl told me please wait....I did for 20... mins...had to roll back and pull back up to reactivate their bell because I think they forgot about me....she said please waitagain....I did for 5 more mins....she was pretty rude, didn't apologize for the wait....got to the window...see 4 employeesworking but in slow motion. Ordered a couple of sandwiches online, 1 with avocado ($.99). Noticed no avocado (they didn't say anything). Brought this to... their attention because I thought maybe they forgot. Employee asked for the receipt, saw the avocado charge, and then said theywere out of avocado and they couldn't refund the $.99. Asked if we could get something else like a fountain drink or cookie.They said no but offered to remake both sandwiches which they did??? I ordered a Monster & a the Boss on the app arrived at the restaurant & they were not prepared okay no problem so as I parked up... front to wait my food was delivered but when I got home (4 min drive) it was extremely cold. I've never had a cold Philly cheesesteak or cold meatball sub. Do better Subway! Read more

The young woman that took our order was very nice, i believe her name was divine. She was very friendly and took our order... correctly. The one star is for the store itself. There were fruit flies surrounding the drink station. My Boyfriend & I plannedto sit at our original seat that we always sit at when we visit but the table was dirty so we had to move to several differenttables as most of them were dirty. Not to mention, They gave us 3 napkins in total for the both of us. our sandwiches were saucyand i went to ask for more but was told i already got some.
