The new customer service is not good. They want you to use the pads to make your order, it?s confusing if you don?t use computer... s regularly. Hard to order on it so I asked for help! To a long time to order and get my food. Better to use drive up eventhough they were getting orders wrong. Customers came in from drive thru missing items. Don?t drive off till you check yourorder. A tough location to enter and exit due to recent traffic and roadway upgrades but once you are there, the service is great, the... food is always fresh, and the place is clean and presentable. Lots of homeless folks usually stop in but their presence is nevera nuisance. Read more
Absolutely horrible. I am a driver for urber eats and I live in El paso Tx. I had a a pickup delivery for a customer at 5300... Dyer at 3 A.M. on Saturday night which would be Sunday early morning. It was a order for 2 party packs. The man approached me atthe drive thru window saying he only had meat for 6 tacos and it would be 30 mins to get the order done. I said ok let me seewhat the customer says. While I'm checking the man just stares at me instead of getting anything started.. which to me is veryunprofessional that he didn't take initiative and get the meat started.. he thought we were going to cancel or the customerwould cancel and say no it's too long. The customer said it's ok for 30 mins and I told her I would go ahead and wait for herorder. This was around 3:10 am. I was waiting and waiting it was already passed 30 mins and still no answer or anyone comingwith the order. I could see 3 individuals in there at that time. I did ask what time they closed and he told me at 4. I sawanother car drive away like they told her they had no meat either and she drove off. You are losing business with the staffbeign lazy.
