Get ready to talk to yourself because their customer service skills are horrible. Problem solving skills are even worse. They... over filled my smoothie once and I asked the employee to wipe it off before she handed it to me and she wipes it with the ragshe was dusting with. Most likely stems from management, especially since I've said something already and the it's the same wayevery time I come in. Save the money buy a juicer or blender. Read more

The employee named André was eating at the food station and removed something from his mouth. I brought it up to the cashier... and asked if he can remove his gloves and they looked at me as if I was crazy. They then moved him and had someone else doing myorder. While waiting, the employees would make gestures making fun of me while periodically looking back at me. Armando, themanager was on his phone the entire time and refused to see the camera footage.
