Went through Drive up window...after the 2pm...wanted High school kids back in class.l had a coupon and figured most of the... pre-made food, such as French fries would begone. I received such horrible food, the fries were so cold and Shriveled up ! TheCorn dogs were also probably made in the morning, the Chile-cheese fries, were so old ...it looked like some one else orderedit...and didn't pick up....So l got it !!! Horrible...it seems Drive through customers ....get the old and left over Food. Theproblem is you don't realize the quality of the food until you get home and sit down to eat it. I THREW IT AWAY ! By far the worst experience I?ve had. I ordered my food and I was still missing items. I went back to fix it and they turned off... the lights and didn?t even bother to help. The staff was extremely rude when taking my order and payment, absolutely no emotionand the girl closing had a terrible attitude. she gave horrible customer service. Will not be coming back. First was told off by a very rude lady in glasses n tattoos all over (Helga I believe) tryin to tell me my survey code which is... valid for 30 days was expired before even looking at it! She didn?t even ask what it was, she only asked from when was thereceipt from. After we corrected her by showing that it states ?within 30 days? she started telling us everything we wanted wasOFF the menu. Was told after 7 PM its her personal decision to not sell certain items on the menu. You can?t order kraut dogs atthis location if it?s after 7PM.
