Service: - upon ordering was told would take 25mins, ended up being an hour. Food: - fries are very basic, no seasoning or... crisp. - wings were ok, bit on the dry side. Nothing to rave about. Read more
We?ve been here many times and usually have really enjoyed the food and service but today has ruined all of that. We were... waiting for we?ll over an hour and a half for our food only for it to be cold by the time it arrived. We asked for the food tobe warmed up to wait again over 30 minutes and it to still be cold. Our server was kind and tried to be accommodating and he letthe manager know of the issue but the manager was too busy servicing his own family (who by the way received their meals hot waybefore us and they had entered the restaurant after we had) to even care and didn?t acknowledge or try to apologize for the badservice.
