It?s tragic what has become of Zino?s. The food mostly still holds up but the service is an absolute joke. Alexis sounds like... she spends the better part of her day defending her mistakes. Imagine spending $100 on take-out and then being treated likeAlexis is doing you a favor by agreeing to fix her mistakes as long as you drive all the way back there for a refund on a creditcard after you?ve explained that you?re not driving back for missing items. She placed us hold for 10 minutes during which wecould hear her laughing and joking and when we asked her about it, her response was ?Oh yeah, we?re having a blast overhere.?
