We tried almost everything over four visits. (Had no issues with deliveries.) The pizza was amazing! And one of the few places... to do a great white pizza with the "white garlic" sauce (I can't eat red sauce). The wings were very good. The salad was good.The desserts were good. The subs are fair. (Mine looked like someone wound up and threw the sub toppings at the bread, plus itwas squished, and the bread was "meh.") So we still go back from time to time because we like most everything there, we just gosomewhere else for subs. Read more
Placed a delivery order at 730pm, verified my address. waited 90 mins and finally called to see where our order was. They said... it had been sitting there waiting for us to pickup. They said they would deliver it when the driver got back. At 920 a managercalled - not to give us a refund or offer an apology - but to charge us the $3.25 delivery fee. Unbelievable. When you have somany pizza places in Eldersburg, this is NOT the one to pick. NEVER AGAIN. The poor driver apologized profusely, which wasappreciated, but they drivers should not have to do that! Not only was my food prepared quickly and tasted amazing, the three employees came outside to help me push my vehicle when I got... stuck in the snow. They did not have to help me but they came out on their own volition and started pushing without a secondthought. Enormous shoutout to the young woman and two young guys who gave me and my girlfriend a hand when we got stuck in theirparking lot. I honestly want to like thier food. But first order was a pizza and wings. Would say average at best. 2nd order was from door... dash. Order chicken Stromboli and cheese sticks. Stromboli again average. Cheese sticks beyer then ok but marinara is kindatasteless. Had special instructions and they were ignored. No call or anything. Food is average and customer service mustfollow. Best described is a higher cost late night college pizza. I will stick too other local pizza joints. Read more
