11/8/22 - Is it possible to offer both a mild OR spicy beef options? Or a Little poackage of red pepper flakes for the spice... lovers? Love the beef but not the heat. Our mouths & lips were on fire! The Italian beef was very dry as I told the lady in Drive Thru that I wanted it ?wet? I told her mozzarella cheese and... Giardiniera peppers in which she informed me that ?they will be on the side.? Ok cool, finally open up my Italian beef to seethat it was no where near ?wet? ??????????? Yes mozzarella cheese was on it but no Giardiniera peppers in the bag in which Ipaid extra for ???? Never had a bad experience with the staff. Drive thru can be busy, butit all depends on the day/time. We prefer this location over the one in South Elgin and the one on Dundee ave as well. They haveplenty of parking, but most customer prefer take out. Read more
