The delivery at this jimmy johns sucks. Placed my order at 2:16pm it was out for delivery at 2:34 pm and it?s 3:16 pm and still... not here. I only live 10 mins away. Lady on the phone was rude and couldn?t even attempt to check on where my order was - shecould have called the driver. Update- 3:34pm: they stated the delivery driver rang my door bell and left it at my door. I?vebeen home this whole time and even went outside a couple times to see if they?re here and nothing. I just asked for a refund andthey are going to credit my account since it was an online order. Read more
The food was as expected. Good as always. Took a little longer than usual but I would recommend.
The owner took my order, I kept repeating cause he acted like he wasn?t listening. COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER- $48 bucks down the... drain. I ask for no cheese (3 times) sandwiches have extra cheese and I get billed for it. I think he?s just greedy and it wasall intentional.
